FaishionDesk (“we”, “us”) operates https://faishiondesk.com. This policy explains what we collect, what stays on your device, and how to reach us.
Who we are
FaishionDesk is an editorial fashion-media desk and a set of reference tools. We are not a store, casting agency, or account-based social network.

What stays on your device
Desk tools such as the model-card maker, lookboard, and digitals check process photos only in your browser. We do not upload those images to our servers.
Some tools save drafts or checklists in your browser’s local storage or session storage (for example casting board, buyer notes, contract flags, feedback “already sent” state). Clearing site data removes them. We cannot read that storage from our servers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID configured on the site, default G-65KDX3FG04) to understand page views and engagement events (including optional on-page feedback and tool actions). IP anonymization is enabled in our gtag configuration.
We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics when a token is configured. Those products are operated by Google and Cloudflare under their own policies.
Optional free-text feedback may be sent as a short analytics parameter (truncated, with obvious email patterns stripped). Do not put personal data you do not want measured into that field.
Third-party services
Links to Substack, WeChat, agency or fashion-media sites, and mailto: open outside this site. Their privacy practices are their own.
Subscribe and newsletter signup may be handled by Substack’s embed. We do not operate that form’s data processing.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics and related vendors may set cookies or local storage identifiers as described in their documentation. We do not use advertising pixels for retargeting on this site.
You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser. Some measurement will then be incomplete.
Children
The site is aimed at a general industry audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for accounts—we do not run user accounts on this site.
Changes
We may update this policy when tools or vendors change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
